Follow up visit to the doctor

At her follow up visit to the doctor, Mrs AP says she stills has trouble using her had and the pain level is quite high.

After using NSAIDs she still has not been able to manage her pain well. Her doctor recommends intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections with the aim of providing two to six weeks of pain relief.  He also discusses with the patient a little bit about her everyday life and her general wellbeing. He mentions a few adjustments that may need to be made. 

Mrs AP says that for the past few months she has been feeling tired all the time, having a lot of sleepless nights. She says that even when she sleeps at night she gets up in the morning feeling exhausted.
