Asks her doctor what to do about her lack of sleep

Mrs AP visits her GP to discuss her lack of sleep and the situation of her daily life. She is tired all the time.

Her lifestyle choices, as discussed in this appointment, are very important. First of all, her coffee intake should probably be regulated. 2 or 3 cups of coffee could have a beneficial effect and not the negative impact that she is experiencing at the moment.

Her daily routine is, also, very important. Especially, whatever is impacting her sleep routine. For example, her dietary habits (even her eating schedules), her drinking (if she is consuming alcohol), her training hours (if she has activity hours they should be regulated), and her anxiety levels.

During their consultation Mrs AP admits that she is under a lot of stress, due to her pain, and to her increased responsibilities. Some times she has to take of her grandson which is quite demanding for her, now, that she is in a lot of pain. Her GP suggests that anxiety might interfer with her pain levels and refers her to a psychotherapist.
