Make an appointment with her GPAfter experiencing some new symptoms when taking the anti-anxiety medication, Anna makes an appointment with her GP. Her doctor asks her some questions about these symptoms, about her OA symptoms and her pain. She says that she's been having a hard time dealing with everything and she started taking these medicines to deal with her stress levels. But she is still not feeling any better. Her GP says that pain management needs to be individualized and thoroughly planned together with a physician. So, he prescribed some NSAIDs for the pain and referred her to a pain clinic and to a psychiatrist to further discuss the need for medication to handle her anxiety. |
