Adverse effect to budesonide

Although budesonide is also part of Amy’s inhaler, it is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) and is not known to cause tremor. The most common side effects of inhaled corticosteroids include local effects, including oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush), hoarseness, and sore throat. Systemic effects are rare at low doses for inhaled agents and include adrenal suppression, skin thinning, or growth suppression (in children). None of these align with Amy’s new symptom of tremor. So, budesonide is an unlikely culprit here. Please try again.
