Tries to reduce her alcohol consumption

Anna is concerned about everything she discussed in the pain clinic. She is worried that her drinking might actually be causing problems instead of solving them.

She admits to her husband that he was actually right when he shared his concerns and apologizes to him. She even says she is going to make an effort to cut down on her drinking and will try to work on her pain management plan. 

She has some doubts if she will be able to manage doing everything cause the whole process and whatever happened has exhausted her. She is finding herself catastrophizing once more not really certain what the outcome can be.
