Patient does not come for follow up visit

This is one of the possible outcomes when you have patients using primary healthcare services. They can forget to do their follow ups and they can skip their appointments. This patient missed your appointment. 

Whenever this happens there is always the possibility that your patient has been managing her pain well or that she is not doing well and that her pain levels are not managed.

Her chronic pain might still be untreated resulting in her poor quality of life. It's crucial that your patients understand that they should not miss out on their follow up appointments.
