Starts working out with a professional trainer

Anna meets her new trainer, they have a talk about Anna's hip OA, she explains about her pain and limitations. She also mentions her experience trying to work out on her own and how that ended up with her overdoing it and ending up hurting herself. 

Her trainer says he has experience with people living with OA, in their hips or knees, he has trained both women and men and they will create and individualized training program for her. 

He then suggests to start off easy, and then gradually move to harder exercises. He wants to give Anna's body time to adjust to her training schedule and notice how she will be using her hip. The idea is not overburden her hip and work out evenly all muscle groups. 

After 3 months, Anna is in a better physical shape than ever. This has a positive impact on her mental health, too. She is less anxious and has replaced her not so healthy habits with others. 

Gets back to her routine with better self-management skills
