I should ask for a different treatment that restores arrhythmia in a couple of hours.

stroke following cardioversion. 

This is due to my not receiving any anticoagulation therapy in the previous month, and also due to my seeking medical care late

(i.e., more than 2 days following initiation of symptoms)."

This is a wrong response that could lead to potentially harmful results to the health.
