After some thinking, I went to a doctor, who sent me for an INR test. What should I do?

I will immediately get tested
I will not take tests. I did it just a semester ago and everything was normal
What kind of doctor are they, they do not treat me, but only send me for tests? I will not give any blood until I get my treatment
