  • Patient is prescribed lifelong anticoagulation and Dabigatran remains the administered regimen.
  • Patient is prescribed Riociguat 1mg TiD, given instructions on therapy uptitration and a 6-month follow up visit is planned
  • Lifelong anticoagulation is recommended and Mrs Maria is prescribed VKAs with a target INR 2.5-3.5
