The patient does not have to be in sinus rhythm OR. The doctor tells the patient that he can not be cardioverted due to his high risk for stroke. 

The patient insists that the symptoms are still there. The supervising doctor tells the doctor that most cases of 1st diagnosed AF deserve a try on cardioversion.

This is a wrong response that could lead to potentially harmful results to the health.
