Celecoxib (COX-2 inhibitor)

Hmm... Celecoxib may be a better alternative to ibuprofen in patients with a history of peptic ulcers but surely it should not be co-prescribed with ibuprofen. 

Please go back and revise the pharmacology of COX-2 selective inhibitors.
