1    Pharmacology and Pharmacovigilance: The ability to recognize a life-threatening adverse drug reaction (DILI) from anti tuberculosis drug. Pyrazinamide (P) and Isoniazid (H) are the most hepatotoxic.

2    Critical Thinking Under Constraints: Using clinical data and limited labs (choosing the right test) to make an accurate diagnosis in a telemedicine context.

3    Emergency Management: Understanding that DILI is a medical emergency requiring the cessation of anti tuberculosis drug.

4    Advanced Risk Management: Analyzing the trade-off between the risk of recurrent DILI versus the risk of inadequate TB treatment (failure, resistance).

5    Advanced Clinical Procedure: Understanding the concept of an anti tuberculosis drug "re-challenge" as a standard diagnostic and therapeutic procedure after DILI has resolved.

6    Communication: Explaining a complex and frightening situation (TB vs. Liver Damage) to a patient and family in a reassuring yet accurate manner.
