Remote Physical Examination (Guided)

You guide Nurse Rina through the physical exam.

•      Eyes: "Sclera are normal. Conjunctiva are not anemic."
•      Abdomen: "Patient reports tenderness in the upper quadrant. No palpable hepatomegaly or splenomegaly."
•      Neurological: "Patient is GCS 15, fully conscious, well-oriented. No asterixis (flapping tremor) observed."
