Result: The left forehead wrinkles usually. The right forehead is smooth and immobile.

"Ask him to squeeze his eyes shut tight."

Result: The left eye closes tightly. The right eye fails to close; the eyeball is seen rolling upward (Bell's phenomenon).

"Ask him to show his teeth or smile."

Result: The left nasolabial fold deepens, and the left corner of the mouth moves up. The right side is flat and drops.

"Ask him to puff out his cheeks."

Result: Air leaks immediately from the right side.
