Ask what drugs he takes (Nebivolol, Hydrochlorothiazide, Metformin, Apixaban,Tamsulosin, Amiodaron, LevoTiroxin) 

Ask  him if he's an active smoker, or if he used to smoke a lot. (Yes, he is still an active smoker)
