My name is Peter, I am 65 years old, I suffer atrial fibrillation and I have been prescribed warfarin a few years ago. I don’t routinely get INR measured. In the last month, I began to notice bruises, and three days ago I noticed bleeding gums when brushing my teeth. My nose began to bleed as well.

What should I do?

I'm just very tired now, I associate it with overwork and vitamin deficiency. I will rest and everything will pass
