BEGIN SCENARIO

8:00 AM. You approach a bus stop to head to work.

As you get closer, you notice a man, approximately 60–65 years old, near the stop. He appears to be trying to say something, but his speech is incomprehensible. Suddenly, right in front of your eyes, he seems to lose consciousness and collapses onto the pavement.

Other bystanders gather around him, attempting to ask questions, but the victim does not respond. Some suggest reviving him by splashing water on his face. You observe that the man is lying on his back, unresponsive, with his eyes closed and his facial skin cyanotic.
