Send the patient home with basic advice on how to manage her pain

You think that the patient's pain and stiffness may have to do somethin with the nature of her work and you advise her to be extra careful when she lifts weights, not to sit for more than 20mins without standing up, stretching a bit and moving around and that she needs to make sure she is getting enough rest throughout the weekend. 

In case of moderate to severe pain, you prescribe NSAIDs and/or acetaminophen tablets. And tell her she should follow up with you in a month.
