Keeps on drinking regularly

At some point Anna's alcohol consumption gets out of hand. Her husband and the rest of her family decide to do an intervention. Her anxiety is worse than ever and she is now more depressed than ever. Her mental health is seriously compromised and along with her severe pain she is need for an immediate intervention. 

Her family convinces her to seek out professional help and the first step to be taken is to realize that she should stop drinking at once. 

Chronic pain could have a detrimental effect on a patients' life and the societal impact is quite severe too.
