Start Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, chronic pain etc.

Anna finds a CBT therapist and starts doing sessions on a weekly basis. After 4 sessions, she feels better. Her pain level is lower and she discusses with her husband that she  may have overreacted with everything and that she could probably stop going to therapy and continue on her own with whatever she has already learned.
