Pausing after walking during a heatwave

Maria resumed her walking during the heatwave and that did not have a good outcome for her. It exacerbated her pain and made her feel even worse than before. It was clearcly a bad call doing that and she obviously had to stop. 

The correct way to do it was to give her body some time to rest, so she paused and did exactly that. A good balance between training and resting is essential. And of course, she always needs to pay attention to her body's signals to know when to rest and when to push a bit further.
