Since my INR is usually in the recommended range, I should just carry on with my warfarin use as usual.

Performing a simple procedure such as teeth cleaning at the dentist will normally not require any adjustment or suspension of
Warfarin doses.

My cardiologist reiterated that I am at very high risk for stroke due to my mitral stenosis related AF.

Despite, it is advised that I checked my INR level a couple of days before the procedure, just to make sure I am within the target
INR range, and call my cardiologist for clearance regarding the procedure.

This is a wrong response that could lead to potentially harmful results to the health.
