I trust my doctor.

He says that as long as I have no active bleeding, I can omit one dose of warfarin and be rechecked tomorrow. 

I will be inquired about my dosage scheme, diet and concomitant medication.

I am on dose-adjusted warfarin for AF and I have heard of the new drugs for AF, which do not require regular INR testing. 

What should I do?
