Rory's saturations are falling, he is making a inspiratory noise as he breathes and his respiratory rate is falling.

You decide to call the arrest team, suction his airway and start some bag-valve-mask ventilation when his heart rate falls.

The arrest team intubates him and takes him to intensive care.

You consultant now asks you to review the case with him.
