Chest radiograph

You decide to obtain a chest radiograph and a request is made. The parents take him to the department and return after an hour. The image is available on the system:

Jack did not like having the chest xray, and was crying during the procedure. This seems to have made him considerably worse and the breathing sound is more noticeable than before.

You decide to examine him.

HR 155/min, RR 55/min, T 37.3 C, SaO₂ 93% in Oxygen.

His chest recession is a worse than before and it is easier to hear his respiratory noise at rest. When he coughs, his cough is still very loud.

His chest remains clear and breath sounds are equal.

The parents are worried that he is getting worse.
