Nurse-led reporting

Nurse Rina turns slightly away from Mr. Hartono and begins summarising:

“He has nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, and abdominal discomfort.”

Mr. Hartono sits quietly. He looks at Nurse Rina instead of the camera. You notice that he may not be adding details unless he is directly invited to speak.

Nurse Rina adds:

“Doctor, I am not sure if there is anything else. Maybe you should ask him directly about the urine and the timing.”
