Drop out of therapy early

After some weeks, having dropped out of therapy earlier than planned, Anna experiences a flare in her hip OA. She is in a lot of pain, her mobility is quite limited and for the past 10 days she actually uses a walking stick to move outside her house. She is overwhelmed with stress and catastrophizing thoughts of what ther future will look like. Her family life is disrupted, she fights a lot with her husband, because she is angry and frustrated all the time. 

She tries to figure out what to do.
