Increased secretion of insulin from the pancreasAre you sure? You are confusing the mechanism of action of the different drugs used in diabetes treatment. Sulfonylureas (and GLP‑1–based therapies in a glucose‑dependent manner) increase the secretion of insulin from the pancreas, but metformin. Please go back and reconsider. |
