Despite warfarin dose adjustment, and close INR monitoring, my INR levels are not within recommended therapeutic range.My doctor suggested non-vitamin K oral anticoagulants instead of warfarin. He said they have advantages and that I do not need to have regular INR tests, but warned me about their high cost. What should I do? |
