This does not seem right, perhaps you need to re-consider? Remember that LMWH is administered parenterally, not orally. It may be used in the treatment of pulmonary embolism but it is generally reserved for patients in whom rapid anticoagulation needs to be guaranteed or in special populations where NOACs are contraindicated e.g. liver failure or pregnancy.
