Ezetimibe

Hmmm... that’s not quite right. Ezetimibe would help lower LDL cholesterol by inhibiting intestinal cholesterol absorption, which is valuable for long‑term cardiovascular risk reduction, but it does not relieve anginal symptoms. There is no indication however that Mr. Garcia’s LDL levels are not well-controlled. The current problem is ongoing exertional chest discomfort despite appropriate beta blockade and access to sublingual GTN, so the next step should be an additional anti‑anginal that improves myocardial oxygen supply or reduces afterload.

Please go back and re‑consider.
