Are you sure? B refers to cyclo-oxygenase enzyme, which converts arachidonic acid to endoperoxides and subsequently leads to generation of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins and other mediators (e.g. thromboxane). COX inhibitors include NSAIDs and Coxibs.
