Sam: I've noticed that cultures from areas B, C and D are quite turbid, which I think is a clear sign of potential contamination. You: It's a reasonable assumption, Sam. What about area E? It looks clear to me. Sam: That’s right, I just thought that we can’t rely on observations to make the determination that there is no contamination.
