Multiple abnormal lymph nodes. Bulky, spherical shape, loss of normal cortical architecture and fatty hilum. Appearances are concerning for lymphoma.

Enlarged spleen contains multiple irregular, heterogeneous lesions suspicious for splenic involvement (below diaphragm). Abdomen and pelvis otherwise normal.
