You: Look, I can see the dark blue colour change to light- yellow at 4 minutes in pH 7.0, which is the shortest time compared to pH 3.0 which also shows a change in colour. This means that the rate of the reaction for amylase activity is the fastest at pH 7.0. James, we found it!
