Drinking less waterEven though there is a lot of discussion of how important water is to our general well being, Maria is so busy some days that she ends up drinking even less water that she normally would. She ends up having symptoms of dehydration and has no idea how this may impacting her efforts to lose weight. Her friend said that water helps in the process of weight loss by making you feel more full and influencing your fat metabolism. Especially on the days she is working out, even with ligh intensity activity, she feels exhausted, a bit fainty and wonders if not drinking water has something do with it. Apparently there is a connection between all possible lifestyle choices that she is making and she needs to be aware of that. |
